("we," "our," "us," or "Company"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Mesa Toros, Inc. provides youth tackle football registration and player management services through our website. Through this site, parents and legal guardians can register players for the Fall 2026 season, submit player and family information, select uniform and equipment options, and complete payment for program fees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without notice.
Mesa Toros participates in the Arizona Youth Football League (AYFL). Registration and payment through this website is for the Mesa Toros program only and does not constitute registration with AYFL. AYFL maintains its own separate registration process and requires its own waivers, including a medical authorization and a participation and conduct waiver. Completing Mesa Toros registration does not satisfy, replace, or fulfill any AYFL registration or waiver requirement. Parents and guardians are responsible for completing all AYFL requirements separately.
This website and registration service are intended for use by adults. By registering a player, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the player being registered, with full legal authority to register the player and agree to these Terms on the player's behalf.
When you register a player, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information updated as needed throughout the season. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including player details, emergency contact information, and family contact information. Providing inaccurate information may affect our ability to place your player, communicate with your family, or respond appropriately in an emergency.
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our website or services:
For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
To violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances;
To transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, "junk mail," "spam," or similar solicitations;
To impersonate Mesa Toros, a Mesa Toros volunteer or representative, another family, or any other person or entity;
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website or that interferes with the operation of our program.
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mesa Toros or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for the personal, non-commercial purpose of registering and managing your player's participation. By submitting content or information to our website, you grant Mesa Toros permission to use that information as necessary to operate the program and provide our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our website and services and explains how we collect, use, and protect your family's information.
Registration requires payment of program fees as stated at the time of registration. Fees are due at the time of registration unless a payment plan option is selected, in which case payment is made according to the schedule presented at checkout.
Registration fees are refundable in full if a written refund request is received before the earlier of (a) the AYFL registration deadline for the season, or (b) the date uniforms and equipment are ordered for the season. Once either has occurred, registration fees are non-refundable, as program commitments are made on the basis of confirmed registrations. Mesa Toros will notify registered families before uniform and equipment orders are placed. Requests for exceptions due to genuine hardship will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Mesa Toros. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Price changes will not affect registrations already completed and paid for.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mesa Toros, Inc. regarding your use of our website and registration services. AYFL's separate registration requirements and waivers are governed by AYFL directly.
